This form will inform us of your interest level, so that we can best prepare a group for you. Every "small group" ministry should encourage the Body of Christ and create an atmosphere of fellowship.

A copy of the participants guide will be available to you, at no cost.

Different formats of the group (days, times, by video and in-person) will be made available to you for sign-up at a later date.
