Gospel Centre Overnight Permission Form (Fall Stay In Retreat 2026)

November 13-14, 2026 | Please fill out this form and click submit. We are so excited for you to join us at our fall stay in retreat! We're excited for the weekend as we take intentional time from our regular schedule to go after the Lord, grow in relationship with Him, and to have a deep, meaningful, and fun time together as a youth ministry. This year we have Pastor Jeremiah Niengor, the Youth and Young Adults Pastor from First Assembly Church in Calgary, bringing the word Friday and Saturday. If individual(s) cannot be identified then the function will end and everyone will be asked to leave.  *PDA is not acceptable at any time while on youth group events or activities. That is, if you have doubts about what you are wearing or taking to wear, it is probably not acceptable. No showing of anything that is normally covered by clothing will be accepted at any time.
